Buying Process

Strategy Session
First, we will sit, strategize, review the market, go over your wants/needs, location. We will discuss getting pre-qualified through a lender of your choice or through my recommendation.

Home Search
We will review current inventory, new listings and some pre-market opportunities. We will narrow down the homes to the ones perfect for you and schedule private tours whether in person or through video.

Negotiations and Inspections
Once we have an accepted offer, things move quickly! I will handle all negotiations on your behalf, help schedule inspections and complete inspection walkthroughs with you.

Closing
I can help with scheduling movers, boxes, confirming the property is clean and repairs have been completed. I will answer any questions you may have from title and share in your joy when we receive the keys!
